Long Prompt
===========

DO NOT begin until the entire instruction has been reviewed.

Use the attached file <refer to Excel file>as the sole analytical data source. Do not modify or overwrite the original file.

First, inspect the dataset and identify:
- available fields and data types
- date granularity
- geographic fields
- missing values, duplicates, inconsistencies, and outliers
- measures that can be calculated reliably
- limitations that could affect the analysis, forecast, or recommendations

Use consistent KPI definitions, calculations, findings, and recommendations across every output. Do not invent missing data. Clearly label assumptions, derived values, forecasts, and limitations.

Produce the following outputs:

1. ANALYTICAL EXCEL DASHBOARD
Create a new Excel workbook containing:
- a preserved copy of the raw data
- a cleaned and standardized data sheet
- calculated fields where appropriate
- a data dictionary
- KPI summary
- detailed pivot-based analysis
- interactive charts and slicers
- analysis by all meaningful dimensions available in the data
- top and bottom performers
- trend, contribution, growth, variance, and exception analysis
- actionable insights and recommendations
- a prioritized action tracker with recommendation, evidence, expected impact, priority, suggested owner, target date, KPI, and status

Include a reconciliation or control section confirming that dashboard totals match the source data.

2. ONE-PAGE WORD EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Create a one-page Word document containing:
- executive summary
- most important KPIs
- five key findings
- major risks or exceptions
- prioritized action items
- expected business impact
- important assumptions and limitations

Use an executive-ready format and keep the document to one page.

3. FIVE-SLIDE POWERPOINT PRESENTATION
Create a five-slide presentation using this template: <refer to your PowerPoint template>

Suggested slide structure:
1. Executive overview and headline KPIs
2. Sales trends and performance drivers
3. Segment, product, customer, region, or channel analysis, based on available fields
4. Exceptions, risks, opportunities, and forecast
5. Prioritized recommendations and next steps

Use decision-oriented slide titles. Include charts, concise insights, and speaker notes. Do not overcrowd the slides.

4. INTERACTIVE HTML DASHBOARD
Create a self-contained interactive HTML dashboard containing:
- KPI cards
- filters for all meaningful categorical and time fields
- responsive charts
- drill-down and tooltip functionality
- trend and variance analysis
- top and bottom performance views
- actionable insights
- forecast for the next three periods
- forecast assumptions, method, confidence intervals, and limitations
- downloadable filtered data, if technically supported
- a reset-filters option

Interpret “next three periods” using the date granularity present in the source data.

Include a geographic map with drill-down only if reliable geographic fields are available. If geographic data is unavailable or insufficient, replace the map with the most useful hierarchical drill-down visual and explain the substitution.

If the dataset does not contain enough historical periods for a credible forecast, do not create a misleading forecast. Instead, explain the limitation and provide an indicative scenario analysis clearly labelled as non-predictive.

5. INFOGRAPHIC
Create a professional infographic in PNG and PDF formats containing:
- headline KPIs
- key trends
- major findings
- risks and opportunities
- prioritized recommendations
- expected outcomes

Use the organization’s primary colour <specify colour> as an accent while maintaining a professional visual hierarchy.

6. EMAIL DRAFT
Draft, but do not send, an email to my boss containing:
- a concise summary of the analysis
- three to five key findings
- the most important risks or opportunities
- recommended actions
- a reference to the attached deliverables

Use a concise and executive tone.

7. DATA-QUALITY AND METHODOLOGY REPORT
Create a short report documenting:
- data-quality findings
- cleaning and transformation performed
- KPI definitions
- formulas and calculation logic
- analytical approach
- forecast methodology
- assumptions
- limitations
- any fields or analyses that could not be completed reliably

QUALITY REQUIREMENTS
- Use only evidence supported by the source data.
- Quantify every finding wherever the data permits.
- Distinguish facts, interpretations, forecasts, and recommendations.
- Ensure that all totals, KPIs, charts, and conclusions reconcile across the Excel, Word, PowerPoint, HTML, infographic, email, methodology report, and JSON outputs.
- Use clear and descriptive filenames.
- Use metric units wherever units of measurement are required.
- Do not overwrite the source file.
- Do not send the email.
